Natural Tone/Cotrolling Vocal Dynamics/octave size

My biggest problem is a lot actually...The sound of my voice changes as i go higher obviously but because of that I'm confused about what my natural resonance tone is.

I also have trouble with doing scales and incorporating dynamics while transferring between mixed and head voice.

And last but not least my octave range is very poor...my voice is pretty low, pretty similar to Brett's actually when talking, but high notes are pretty impossible SEEMS like.
